I haven't had my baby yet. When should I contact you?
Will I have to rinse or dunk the diapers?
Each week we drop off freshly laundered and sanitized diapers and pick up the dirty diapers. You will receive the EXACT SAME diapers each week that we picked up the previous week. The only exceptions are diapers that need replaced or need a little extra TLC. You don't even need to be home! The only other service we could possibly offer is to change your baby for you!!
You can contact us at any time. We will schedule a time to come to your home to answer your questions, bring you everything you'll need, and show you how it all works. After your baby is born, just give us a call as soon as you're ready to start your service and we'll start picking up your dirty diapers on the next scheduled delivery date.
No!! Once your baby is pooping solids, simply drop or shake the solids in to the toilet, lightly spray with Bac-Out, and throw in the diaper pail. It's that easy!! Until your baby is pooping solids, just lightly spray with Bac-Out and throw in the diaper pail.
Yes, we will!
If you're already using our weekly service, just drop them in the pail with the other diapers. They will be added to the weekly diaper count and you will be charged accordingly.
If you're not using our regular weekly service but you'd like your own diapers laundered & sanitized, or stripped on an occasional or regular basis, we can do that too! Just give us a call and we'll pick them up on our next scheduled delivery/pickup day. We offer a 20% DISCOUNT to clients who have their OWN COMPLETE stash of cloth diapers. Please Note: There is a $10 one time set up fee for clients with their own complete stash of cloth diapers and includes the use of 2 reusable diaper pail liners if using our service on a regular basis.
I own my own prefolds. Will you wash them? What about Pocket Diapers, AIO's, Covers, Inserts, Doublers, Wipes, etc.?
We use ROCKIN GREEN cloth diaper & laundry detergent. Rockin Green is 100% phosphate free, contains no enzymes or optical brighteners, is dye free, comes in recyclable packaging, and is never tested on animals. We also use Rockin Green's Funk Rock all natural ammonia bouncer to help keep your diapers as fresh smelling as possible. The diapers are first run through a rinse cycle, then washed on a sanitizing cycle which includes a pre-wash and 3 extra rinses. The whole washing process takes about 3 1/2 hours. After washing, we prefer to line dry the diapers because of the sun's natural ability to kill bacteria and remove stains. If line drying isn't possible, the diapers are dryed in the dryer on an anti-bacterial cycle. AIO's, Pocket Diapers, & Covers are all washed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. We use state of the art machinery to ensure sanitization and energy efficiency.
